Schedule a 1-on-1 training session

Our mission is to provide you with a superior and effective workout that overloads the neuromuscular system while also challenging the cardiovascular system. This leads to a stronger connection between mind and muscle, and takes your training to the highest possible level.

What will you learn from this session?

We will teach you the importance of training each muscle correctly, with perfect execution, and learning to feel and contract the targeted muscles.

What level of fitness do I need to have?

We train everyone and anyone who wants to improve their fitness above where they are now. Every personal training session is individually designed to assist you in reaching your fitness goals.

What does it cost?

The price for an introductory 1-on-1 session is $80.

How do we handle payments?

Payment is required at the commencement of the session.

How do we agree on the date and time of the session?

All details regarding the date and time of the session are agreed upon in direct contact (by phone or email) but please enter your preferred date and time. We will use that as a reference and get as close to that as possible.

What do I need for the session?

We advise you to wear comfortable gym clothing and shoes, and bring a drink bottle and towel.
